Had the best experience at the Tampa location! Kelly was a huge part of that great experience. We had 8 girls in our group and she was so attentive to all of us in finding out our colors and styles. I would highly recommend this place to any bridesmaids who are looking for new and flattering dress styles.

We made an appointment, but when we went, nobody was at the store and the voicemail was full. No way to get in contact to reschedule.

One star seems like too much for this company. I am the maid of honor in my sisters wedding. Our dresses were ordered months ago and now we cannot get ahold of the Bella Bridesmaids in Tampa, Florida at all. I have left daily messages for over two weeks and also sent emails. I have received nothing in return. All I need to do is change my shipping address, but they refuse to help me. This is assuming the dresses are still going to arrive on time. We cant even get anyone to call us back to update us on the dresses at all. If the dresses do arrive I will now have to have a friend try and retrieve the dress for me at an old address and then pay to have it shipped to the new address. My sister has questions for them as well and even her, the bride, cannot get them to respond. It seems like once they get your money and order your dress they have zero interest in any more dealings with you. I would absolutely never use this company again and would warn anyone else not to use them as well. I tried calling the St. Louis, Missouri location and they called me back immediately and were so kind, but unfortunately they are all individually owned and they have no connection to the Tampa location and could not help. Very disappointed in the Tampa location.

The bride and the rest of the bridesmaids went to the Atlanta location as they live here. I was able to make an online appointment as an out of state bridesmaid and it was free. It went easy breezy. The store associate was very friendly and accommodating. I was done with measurements and found the right dress in less than 30 minutes. One thing to keep in mind is that the dresses are made to order by the designer so it takes up to 5 months or so. Great selection of styles and awesome service. Highly recommend!

Owner told me she would refund my money for extra fabric I paid for since it came in too late for the wedding i was in, she never refunded me.
