        Actually, this is a 0 star rating. Stay away from this company!!! They do not take responsibility for mistakes they make and then they will try to make it appear as though the error is your responsibility. No accountability from Senior Management who, when notified of their error, shifted blame to someone else within IPFS to cover her a$$.

        We have used IPFS for the financing of our general liability, for a handful of years now. Their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I have never had a need to call until today, but when I did; I was quickly greeted by Debbie. I found Debbie to be very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I thought I had made a costly mistake, but she answered my questions promptly and put me at ease. All around it has been a good experience. Thanks Debbie....... your kindness is "Appreciated"

        Horrible company stay away if you can. They only care about numbers not about the people who make up those numbers. I will never let my hard earned money go to this company again they don't deserve it.
