I was scared to pick up the phone after three weeks of them calling. I thought it was going to be too good to be true and that they would not be able to help. Carlos was very help and guide me through the process. Best decision I ever made was to pick up the phone.
This is the second year through this process. It was so easy, the original loan company call me last week stating that I will be need to make the $450. 00 payment but Michelle ensure me that I was fine.

Lhave provided me help with my students loans at no cost unless I am approved for the program. I never have to worry about anything and can sleep soundly knowing that when it is time to re-certify Jessica and Godfrey will call me, text me, and email me to make sure they reach me on time in order to re-certify.
I can guarantee you 100% they are not a scam as I thought before signing up with them. You can cross check what they tell you on the same government website you use to check on your federal loans. This company is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me and these federal loans… I tell you!
