Andrew at Dog watch was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful in teaching and training our dog how to stay in the yard with the invisible fence. It took 4-5 days and he learned where his safe zones are. Super happy with this Conpany, it’s people, and most of all the product! Would highly recommended to anyone who has a puppy or dog. We have had DogWatch fence for our dog for 3 years and LOVE IT! We feel so safe letting our dog, Chardonnay out. She certainly respects her boundary. We were able to remove the ugly chainlink fence and now she has a lot more space to run and play. We recently got a new puppy, Rose'. She is now 4 month old. I called the owners, Tom and Kristen about getting another receiver for the puppy. They gave me great advice about when I should introduce the hidden fence to Rose'. Their advice was to wait until she was 4 months old. Some hidden fence companies recommend sooner...but sooner is not better. When I introduced Rosie to the flag system for the hidden fence, she caught on... right away. Of course it helps having Chardonnay showing her the way..."DON'T GO THERE!" Our yard is very large and we love not having to fence the property. I highly recommend DogWatch if you are needing a hidden fence.
