        We have always had good experiences with this office. However, between road construction, traffic, searching for a parking space and waiting on the elevator, my son and I got to the check in desk 7 minutes past our appointment time. We were told we could wait until all of the other morning patients were seen or reschedule for the afternoon. I find this to be more than a bit rigid. I seriously doubt (based on my 10 years of experience with this practice) if were on time, we would have immediately been taken to an exam room to find the doctor waiting to see us. We decided an Urgent Care Office would be a better deserving of our co-pay and insurance.
