Sadina who works in pharmacy. Lying and reporting to my doctor stating my prescription were ready on May 4, 24, and June 9 and stated I didn't pick up either date is a lie. I need my medication. There was a time you guys actually made me wait because it wasn't "time" for my refill even though my doctor sent everything through. I would love record that I didn't come pick up my medications. Because I can look online and see a totally different story. But, you guys have horrible customer service anyway so I don't expect anything less. My partner was told that there was NOTHING in the system for me. If the medication was put back wouldn't it show that in the system but still show I have refills? I'm sure your system isn't that "kindergartenish". I also have the program that you are suppose to text my phone when my prescription is ready, I can't tell you the last time I actually received a text message saying my medication was ready.

Update to below: Called again later because somehow 7 hours later, prescription is STILL not filled, even though I was told it would be filled in 30 mins. Automated system told me it won't be ready until Friday now. I was on hold for over 10 mins and I am pretty sure I got hung up on. Trust me, these people don't care about you or the meds you need. Called CVS over in Boot Ranch, told them the situation, and they had my prescription filled yesterday. So, tell me how it "supposedly" takes over a week to get a prescription I need and then another pharmacy can fill it that day. Will never return here. Don't come here for meds because you'll never get them. I would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE customer service in the pharmacy. Ive always used CVS but have only used this location for less than a year and Ill be switching after I get my prescription today. Never refilled on time, pharmacist once got mad at me because they gave me a different prescription than the one I usually get (little did I know it was the generic version because the other one I typically get, they were out of - not like I would know that, Im not a pharmacist) and she came at me telling me this is what you ordered. Never have been so belittled and shrugged off the way they do in this pharmacy. And the tech is extremely rude and never explains anything. Highly unsatisfied. Called CVS on Wed. and automated system told me my prescription would be ready that day. Got a text saying it's ready late Wed. night and I went Thurs. to pick up prescription and he tells me its not ready. Told me to come back in 30 mins - was never alerted that prescription was ready. Literally a complete joke. Seems to me they're refusing to fill a prescription I need. Horrible communication and service.
