Doctor Arnold is a superior Doctor , excellent . He saved my freind from having a tube for ever with the steam procedure .I read a previous post warrying about this procedure when it is excellent, harmless and applicable on even fragil patient or aged patient.

I like this doctor. No nonsense approach. Good explanations for each procedure. Efficient and knowledgeable. I got along well with him and his team especially Clayton. No complaints!

Dr. Arnold was approachable, friendly, and thorough. He and his lab technician conducted in-office tests to determine my issues. However, he quickly recommended a steam-based treatment that could be scheduled ONLY on the days the rep from the manufacturer was available. His staff went ahead and scheduled me; to cancel I had to call them! I canceled. Any procedure that requires the factory rep to be present is experimental; he probably was going to charge me for the treatment AND collect a fee from the device manufacturer to test its product. Read the bios of each physician in this practice; nearly all list significant clinical experience.

Dr Arnold genuinely cares about his patients, there well being and their long term picture. He and his staff are top shelf!
