I had my first visit with Dr. Cox a few weeks ago. I found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. She explained what test I needed to do and why I needed to do it. I am confident that I have found the right doctor.

The woman who works there confirmed an appointment that she never put on the computer made me obtain authorization from the insurance and referral the was no required she does not know how to work with insurance and she gossips on the phone she does not do her job and never give the correct information for support I went to another office because she doesn't know what she's doing.

Dr. Cox has a great bedside manner and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her receptionist was pleasant and courteous. The waiting room was clean and spaced seating was available. This is by far the best experience I have had at the Gynecologist’s office.

Woman on the pone states she's worked here for 14 years yet cant confirm if they take my insurance. Told me she didn't know. I asked her to transfer me to someone who knows and she refused. I cant make an appointment if my insurance isnt confirmed.
