Ellie Probasco is one of those unusual lawyers who recognizes that litigation in divorce scenarios is rarely the right solution. Because I’ve worked with Ellie (representing my client’s spouse) collaboratively, not only have I enjoyed the opportunity to observe her interactions with clients and experts, but I’ve also been privy to her decision making and problem solving in the moment. So I can say with absolute certainty that she is gifted with high intelligence and reasoning skills, and has a wonderful ability to communicate with clients so as to facilitate their decision making during the most stressful time of their lives.
