I did really like this dentist, but unfortunately my kids insurance changed, which I was unaware of, and they didn't take the new insurance. We went in for a follow up for my 3 year old daughter for him to look at a tooth that had a small black mark on it. The appointment took 15 minutes and I received a bill for $100 for the visit and an xray. An xray was never given as my daughter didn't want to sit for it. After a few attempts they did take the x-ray off. I paid the remaining $69, but it just was not the best customer service and just doesn't seem right as they didn't get the preauthorization, as if I knew I would have canceled the appointment, but maybe they don't do preauthorizations anymore?

Dr. Stepanski is the very best. You know you have a great dentist when your kids actually look forward to going to his office! He even answers emergencies personally on weekends. His staff is so kind and friendly too; we just love them.

Worst dentist office ever. Staff are rude and the office is filthy. They dont provide a place for you to sit. Will never come back to this filthy office.
