Worst experience! Had 2 fillings done and both popped off. Very painful and scary. Was willing to pay full price elsewhere to get it fixed.

All around negative experience through the process of getting crowns, friends have also had negative experience with veneers. Diaz and Jr. have no regard for anyone but themselves and put profit at any measure over people. Made insurance a nightmare to deal with. Disrespectful staff. Self centered dentists. Go somewhere else for any general/cosmetic work.

Bad experience for me, tried to up sale me. Told me I had 3 fillings that needed to be done, so I did it. Next visit somehow I got more fillings that needed to be filled...? Through my insurance I get 2 cleanings per year, they opted to do both within a 30 days. I have Anthem BCBS and they are in-network, will be definitely reporting my experience. Just in my opinion 'medical professionals' should perform tasks that are needed and not try and up sale patients. I expected things to be different but, I guess money trumps morals and values nowadays. They are all good people but being a medical profession there should not be a motto of "it's just business nothing personal''. I have so much to say, but I will leave it at that. Hardworking people with or without insurance beware. Make sure you know what's going on and if something doesn't sound right, then it probably is. Peace and God Bless Us All!
