dr ponce is very nice . we went in there to see if i needed a root canal and since we had traveled about 2 hours to see him since he is the only endodontist that takes my insurance, he was kind enough to go ahead and perform the root canal the same day. i was a little bit afraid but dr ponce and his nurse are very nice people. unlike other dentists they explain to you exactly what they’re doing and show you the xrays and allow you to understand what’s happening. the root canal only took about 30/45 minutes and if i at any time i was uncomfortable both the dentist and nurse would stop and fix the problem. what a great office

Very unprofessional dentist. He did a simple job for me, but it was really bad. I do not recommend this terrible dentist.

THE WORST DENTIST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE EVER!!!! HE PERFORMED A ROOT CANAL ON MY 12 YEAR OLD SON THAT WAS NOT NEEDED JUST TO BILL HIS INSURANCE !! A CROOK DO NOT TRUST THEM

He’s very rude, has no caring about his patients. Doesn’t even let you speak or ask questions, walks away as you trying to ask questions. Worse experience.
