Jimmy John's

Placed a Doordash order and received confirmation that the order was being prepared and a pickup time. When I arrived to pickup the order I was told "we deliver orders we don't do doordash". I said "I placed a doordash order for pickup" and told them my name, and they said "We don't have an order for that name." I left without receiving my order and contacted Doordash customer support for a refund. This location employs incompetent thieves, stay away.

I went with my Wife and Sister in law to order for lunch. I had the jalapeo chicken wrap and a dill pickle. It was excellent. Friendly person took our orders, quickly prepared and on our way home. I will definitely go again.

Priscilla took my order and when I came around the drive through the credit card machine wasnt working which caused a short delayshe was very kind and polite as she apologized for the delay, it seemed like she often times deals with crazy people that freak out in a situation like that - it was literally a minute and it was no big deal but she was extra sweet anyway - great vibes! My go to Jimmy Johns.

Refused to give me my change. Its more about the principal. Messed up my order and I gave $9 for $8.05 order. She then said I gave her $8 which wasnt true. I mean ok, keep the 95 cents but, dont lie about it. That extra change for was my kid. Who knows who else theyre short changing. Just not cool and you never know who might need that extra change. I didnt want to argue anymore as the people behind me were waiting long enough. Again, its about the principal and trying to lie about how much money someone gave you.
