USF Family Center

I suggest this day care for parents who are looking for a great and safe place for their children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughters have learned a lot of skills in a short time.

despite the wonderful face this place has the experience by the end of our time at this center was sub par at best for a place with such a high price. The workers are over worked and stressed there aren't enough workers to adequately run the center. because of this they don't have the energy or time to actually give the older kids the care and education you're paying for. Instead of getting smarter and learning to behave and act appropriately, so she'd be prepared for kindergarten, my stepdaughter actually forgot how to spell her name and decided if she doesn't feel like doing something we tell her to do, then she doesn't have to do it because that's what she learned at school. plus she now throws temper tantrums again because of the extended exposure in the younger kids rooms(result of lack of employees)

Taking my daughter to USF Family Center was the best decision. The teachers and staff were attentive to my daughter and always communicated with me. She enjoyed going to school each day and the center was able to provide a safe and enriching learning environment. I appreciated the daily photos, updates, and logs of what she ate, how long she slept, what activities she performed. They were always updated throughout the day and thorough. My daughter built a strong relationship with all the teachers and when we had to leave (move to another state), I was heart broken because I knew she loved it there. All of the staff went above and beyond on her last day and made a book of photos, and thoughtful messages from all of her teachers and even her classmates! Now, she has something to remember them by! I felt as ease knowing my daughter was being well taken care of and was having fun! I highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend USF Family Solutions/Bright Horizons. Our daughter, Eve, has been there since she was about 5 months old, starting in the infant room and just recently transitioning to the toddler room. What I really like about it (and feel is important) is the level of communication I have with everyone there. I can talk with anyone about Eve, her development and they really care about the children. Eve has developed strong attachments to her teachers, other teachers and the leadership (Maggie and Isa). It has been a positive experience and there have been many occasion where I know (and have shared) that USF BH is part of our “village”. I honestly couldn’t be in my role at USF without such a caring team. Please let me know if you have any questions.
