Spaulding Decon

We lost our daughter and needed your services. We did all you asked of us and got you the insurance policy our daughter had through USAA. I have spoke with USAA. They are shocked you would not bill them. You instead bill my card for 4k during this AWFUL time. We were also told a much lower number than you charged us. :(  I feel like you were unethical with your business practices. I gave you our credit card as a LAST RESORT to cover any potential insurance shortage. You didn't even attempt to bill USAA after we took the time to go get you the policy before you even began working. You have made a horrible situation even worse. PUBLIC BEWARE if you are vulnerable... Spaulding Decon is just after a buck... and they don't care who they take it from. :( BTW ... Our daughter was a Veteran. You got us because you are Veteran Owned. Shame on you!

I am so thankful for your company and especially Eric! Living in Massachusetts and calling for an emergency clean up for my Father, who was in the hospital, I was put at ease with Eric’s calmness and reassurance that my Fathers home would be taken care of. He and Shelbie cleaned his home, which seriously looked like a crime scene, following my Father bleeding from one end of his home to the other. Thank you for your quick response, your immaculate work and knowledge of the dangers of not cleaning and disinfecting such a mess.

Very unpleasant management. Like REALLY unpleasant if you have a comment or concern.. To the point I was scared. And if you post a negative review or comment they will come at you hammer and tong, will call you a liar, try to figure out who you are and make you very uncomfortable (at best). They'll probably do it here. Keep checking back.

My parents had a death in their house last month that required an area of carpet to be removed. I will not go in to any further details as they are disturbing and quite graphic. Spaulding Decon was referred by another crime scene cleanup crew by the name of SERVEPRO of West Pasco & Hernando Co as they were unavailable to come out and provide their services. While Spaulding Decon came to the house and were very kind and professional; their exploitive nature of business is not. To my surprise and might I add, shocking surprise; we came to find out that their Instagram page posts pictures of crime scenes they cleanup in an effort to sell their services. These pictures are before and after their jobs, exploiting traumatic events that any family member or friend directly involved can look at. I find this to directly affect their ethics and practices as it is completely unacceptable to post these pictures without the persons affected consent. Just know this should you decide to use them. Again, I did not personally use their services but my parents did and I was there the day they came out to rip up the carpet. A month later and the carpet still has not been replaced.
