Horribly unprofessional; court reporter was unable to read back during the deposition. She used a standard cassette recorder and when I asked to have something read back, she would rewind the tape and we would have to listen to it, rewind, fast forward, etc.
Most significantly, I have tried to order excerpts from an all day deposition, which my opponent has already had transcribed in its entirety. This court reporter refuses to sell me anything less than the entire transcript, which, of course, costs over $1,000.00. I didn't select this reporter in the first place but I will never use them again if I can help it. You have been warned.
