        Zero stars is what this company deserves. Most horrible billing that I have ever dealt with from any company. Customer service is not far behind. Getting bills from July in November. They expect you to get your insurance to pay more quickly? I don't even know how to respond to that.

        If you go through this company get ready for mutiple accounts and expect one of your accounts to go to collect agency to ruin your credt. You pay your bill and they send another bill or third bill. Their representatives are as lost as I was with my mutiple accounts I did not know I had. I do not recommend Carecentrix.com

        Is there anything below one star possible? They are people made a mistake in not billing my secondary insurance and because of that I have been without supplies for almost a month while they tried to correct it in their system. Totally unacceptable
