The soda machine is disgusting I went to get a drink and saw small ants come out of it as it was dispensing obviously the machine isn't getting cleaned and maintained that is simply gross

Terrible customer service . At 4:30 pm heavy set lady behind the counter was either having fun on the phone or letting her friends in store walk out without paying for beer . Must be nice to have that connection. Next time Hire smarter not cheaper. Get what you pay for a body covering the register while merchandise walks out the door.

No one was at the counter and bathrooms are locked ? Couldnt buy anything bcuz there wasnt an employee at the counter and didnt ever come to the counter and I waited 10 mins. The dunkin inside there didnt have anyone at the counter I had to keep saying hello is anyone here to help me ? For like a good few mins before someone finally came to the dunkin counter and the matcha drink was not made good at all. Just dont even go In there at all. Waste of time. Stick to the drive through at dunkin & drive up for gas pumps. Do better
