Pero si son el Complejo de Apartamentos de más mal Aspecto que hay en todo HANLEY de Color Y Presencia, la madera de los Balcónes podrido y flojos ni nosotros mismos nos arrecostamos a el y las Escaleras de el frente para subir podridas, Yo vivo en uno de ellos hace mas de 2 años y están las Escaleras y los Balcón nuevos almacenados en un Espacio hace casi 2 años, hay algunos que están pintados muy Lindos pero son los menos, muchos tienen los Balcónes y Escaleras nuevas puestas que lucen super bonitos pero faltan muchos las Luces que alumbran el CARTEL de Palmera a la entrada hay una fundida hace meses y no la cambian bueno así .. Pongo mi Opinión porq pienso que esto pueda Ayudar a que empiecen a tomarce esto en serio, para que tengan otro Aspecto porq la vista hace Fé y se pongan en el lugar de los Propietarios y Inquilinos que pagan bien....Gracias

Id rather live in the projects. This place is poorly ran. the water is shut off every day. the management is rude and eat in your face while you address a problem. the stairs are wobbly, my balcony has been broken for months, no sign of any response to my 6 trouble tickets. wow. JUST DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY. worse place tampa has to offer for rent.

This is the WORST place you could possibly rent at! Do NOT rent here. management is only good for taking money. water is shut off every morning. what about when my kids have to brush their teeth for school? sliding door has been broken for 6 months (before we moved in) and they have still not answered our trouble tickets to fix it. MY KIDS COULD BE IN DANGER FROM THIS. Jennifer in the front office should really lose her job for her rude customer service and heartless attitude. poor staff and living conditions. DEFINITELY NOT SAFE FOR KIDS, or anyone for that matter. im happy that i get to leave here soon.
