Every single time I come to this location the staff treat me as if I have a sign on my forehead that says WATCH ME. Once I was in the fitting room and the same woman/girl that always has a terrible attitude towards me came to my door and knocked I replied yes and she proceeded to open the door and look around the room.. luckily I was dressed. Today I walked in and I was actually greeted by a young man who was nice to me. Once I browsed around the store and picked up things I liked I asked for a fitting room and that same guy opened one for one. While I was in there I was separating what I wanted vs what I didnt want so I put one shirt over the door. Before I could get turned around to get it to walk out the problematic woman snatched the shirt and walked away. I came out to see what the issue was and she had taken the shirt to fold it and put it away. I simply went to get the same shirt from the display and went to the register. Once it was my turn I put the shirt on the counter and problematic woman/girl just scanned it and told me the total. Ive been going to Pacsun for years and I believe that at least saying hi/hey/hello a smile or something is normally the first thing to do when someone approaches the register. She didnt ask for my phone number for the points system then she just handed me the bag. There was no one in line after me nor was there a lot of people in the store. The whole interaction made me not want to buy anything thats why I left the other stuff put the other stuff in the fitting room. I really like most of the things Pacsun has so I continue to come back. The cashier number on the receipt is 672076 hopefully that is actually her cashier number so that someone can address her terrible demeanor.

Very rude and immature staff. Before hiring, at least make sure they have decent manners, like a simple greeting or asking what youre looking for. They are only stuck up teenagers.

Great store, all of the workers were very polite and helped me when I had a question about their jeans. Overall a very positive experience, ill definitely be back!

The young girls (18-19 years old) very entitled and bad attitude, I asked 3 times to try on clothes in the change room, the girl with the long hair yelled I am busy horrible service will be ordering online. Get an attitude check.
