Never use this company. If they damage or lose your clothing they will not take accountabilityAwful experience I would never use this company again. I brought in 3 articles of clothing to be dry cleaned - a suit jacket and pants and a pocket square. Upon pickup I noticed that the pocket square was not mine. The manager agreed to look into it and get back to me when they find my clothing. She said she would call me back within a day or 2. 2 days went by I never heard from anyone so I called. The manager claimed that I must've brought her someone else's pocket square because the one she gave back to me was the only one they have. I tried explaining to her that I didn't bring them the wrong piece and that they must've mixed it up. I asked for a solution and she kept arguing with me saying she would give me $8 for the $100 silk Hugo boss square I brought in
