Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

Had a very bad experience at another cricket wireless location and was very heated when I walked into this cricket wireless, Raymond came to help he and he calmed me down and said that he could fix the problem. He asked me if I needed to have a seat and calm down before I explained what was going on. He let me cool off so that I could explain the problem. Raymond told me what to do and now my phone works better and he even explained some of the functions of the phone that I just bought 2 weeks ago. He also got me thinking about upgrading my service plan which I'll be doing tomorrow. Thanks Raymond for all your help. Great customer service

New staff sort of confused about promos. Not sure if they've worked with cell phones before. Manager is in need of more training.
