      image After seeing others reviews, it makes sense that I had issues. Latoya? Latias? Whatever her name is, was incredibly disrespectful to my wife when we needed to make a business transaction on our account. I will be moving all my banking needs for both my business as well as my personal finances from BOA because of her blatant and racist disrespectful nature towards my family.

      image Extremely slow ...The tellers were making small talk as numerous people waited... My elderly mother had to wait well past her 1 pm appointment time..appointment. The staff was rude and pompous.
