        This is no longer Faedo family bakery that made the very best Cuban bread. No other that I have found in the entire state equals their recipe. They have been acquired by La Segunda. The price has gone up and the quality has dropped dramatically. Not even remotely close to what I would call "real"Cuban bread. La Segunda is very much overrated in my opinion. I wish it wasn't. Maybe some young inspired family will start a new tradition and find a way to use the Faedo family recipe. Good bye to the best...
