        I love the guys from parts dept, they are really nice except and old guy named TOM. really rude, said will call me back and called me after 5 hrs and hang up the phone. You get 1* only because of him.

        Walked in and waited my turn for service. The person at the desk looked at me like I was supposed to provide myself customer service. If Brandon ford wasnt across town I would have driven there. Overall experience after the needlessly rude welcome was good. No other issues.
