I called in to order a kit for my 1969 Mustang, and from the moment I called the attention I received was amazing. The girl that answered the phone cleared all my doubts about deciding which kit to order. 3 weeks later my parts came in and it was such a fun easy install me and my husband had a great time. I'd give them negative stars if I could. They've sent me two junk parts out that were trash right out of the box, never even installed. Over six months fighting with these people, over two dozen calls, talked to at least five employees. I ended up doing a credit card dispute....and they actually told the credit card people I never spoke with them! Don't do business with these people, every time you open their mouth you can't believe them! It's always oh we will get back to you....six months later....

After ordering an upgraded air conditioning kit for my daughter's 86 gmc and shipping directly to my service shop we opened the box to find the brackets to be incorrect. Her 16th birthday was 3 days away so I called to get it corrected and boy what a process and a disaster. I paid for correct parts even though it was there error, paid to overnight, which didn't happen and now they won't refund not only my parts that they incorrectly shipped nor the shipping that I paid nor the shipping to return!!! Worst customer service I've ever seen... This is your mistake not mine.
