        Mustang MIKE IS AWESOME! Great customer service. #1 in the Tampa area! FIVE STAR He did it again. This Mustang Mike Checks "ALL" the boxes. His customer service is 2nd to NONE. GO into O'Reilly Auto parts and ask for "MUSTANG MIKE" HE'S LEGIT! 5 Stars

        Michael, manager of the location was extremely rude, was out of uniform and insulted my fathers status as a veteran of the US Armed Forces implied that Air Force veterans and servicemen were weaker and inferior to Marines. Refused to honor military discount and was extremely hostile and discourteous over military terminology which should not matter. Will never return to this location. Encourage all veterans and others to do the same. Disgraceful. When asked for name, refused to give last name. Unprofessional and downright disgusting behaviour.
