Cornerstone Auto Glass New Tampa

On Saturday 2/12/22 Gary and another technician came to my place of residence. Removed and replaced the front windshield with great detail. Process was about 30 to 40 minutes. Impressed with the efficiency, both were friendly and courteous. On Thursday 2/10/22 found them on a Gooogle search, called and spoke with Brian. He as well was friendly, courteous and very efficient. He guided me as to what he needed from my Auto Insurance and was able to set up the installation for Saturday 2/12/22. Hopefully anytime soone I will not need an auto window replaced, however if I do I will not hesitate to use this company angain! Brain and Gary thank you so much! Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am in sales and customer service industry, so when I come across amazing customer service like I received from Cornerstone , specifically Bryan I have to point that out. When I went to wash my car at the car wash I use, I met Jack and he was so nice and professional from the start. He looked at my windshield and confirmed the crack on it was too big to be filled in so he took my info and that same day had scheduled a tech to come replacement my windshield while I was at work. Fabian was the tech and he was also very nice and professional. Overall a wonderful experience with this company and I will definitely be sending friends and family to them! I was at the car wash vacuuming my car out when I was approached about a crack in my windshield. It had happened approx 2 weeks prior and I had not yet contacted anyone about it. I immediately thought that this would be more convenient and the sales rep, Bryan said they would come to my home or work on any day that was convenient! I went home and started having second thoughts, as I did not know the company or reputation, so I googled them and was happily surprised by the reviews! So I proceeded and booked the appointment. I spoke to Bryan a few times and he reassured me that I would receive the original brand of my windshield and not a generic one. When the guys came out to replace the windshield as Bryan promised they had the original factory glass. They were very nice, knowledgeable and pretty fast and cleaned up the small mess they made. They even glued down a piece that had been loose that Lexus wanted $150 to do. I have them saved in my phone nowwould definitely use them again! Thanks Bryan! Service: Auto windshield replacement
