If I could give negative stars I would. This is my first time ever writing a google review because I don't always see the point in it, but people need to be warned before ever using this place to fix your car. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I had to use this shop through insurance because my brand new car had gotten smashed by a 1000 pound tree branch during our last tropical storm. It took them over a month to fix it and when I went back to pick it up, my car had been rummaged through, the interior was covered in hand print stains, only one side of the entire car had been fixed but not put back together at all and the rest of the scratches had been painted over. I refused to accept the car and had them fix it, and instead of telling me to just call Enterprise for a ride, they took another car they were supposed to be fixing and lied saying they could take me and my friends back to the rental place. I sat in the front seat and my two friends sat in the backseat where there was a car seat and only one working seatbelt. The driver started driving to the wrong rental place and when I told him he used no blinker or turn signal to cut across 4 LANES OF TRAFFIC!!! Several times both my friends and I had said, "Sir, we're scared" but he continued driving reckless and nearly killing us. When we got to the Enterprise, he sped off before we were ever clear of the vehicle, flicked us off and honked for us to get out. I called and tried to report it to the manager but he said that they aren't EVEN SUPPOSED TO DRIVE CUSTOMERS and he wasn't going to do anything about it.Another week goes by and they tell me my car is ready to be picked up, I go into the shop and say i'm here to pick my car up and the employee responds with, "You still have that badass attitude, huh?" Eventually, they finally give me the keys to my car and my entire car is ruined. This is the most half-ass shop I have ever heard of in my life, they repainted over the scratches ON ONLY ONE SIDE, the entire roof is falling apart, and my BRAND NEW CAR is rattling.DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. NO ONE HERE HAS ANY CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS;THEY LACK ACCOUNTABLY, TRANSPARENCY AND EMPATHY.
