Traffic was horrible coming from Sarasota so arrived at Impex right at closing time. The owner waited for me and made sure my car was to my liking, even removing the door seal strips I've despised for years. The office manager, Selina was kind and efficient, she scheduled me quickly and worked with my insurance company diligently. The owner, Julio is a man of impeccable character integrity.
