It has taken me an entire year of blessed freedom to find the right words to express my gratitude to this team of people who helped me thru the most terrifying time of my life. Ms Lyann Goudie was referred to me by my husband's criminal defense attorney Richard Escobar and I thank God every day that she was. My attorney was Kim Kohn. She is the consummate professional. Tenacious in working on behalf of her clients, she has both care and compassion. She fought for me and my deceased mother against egregious and neglectful behavior by the nursing home. Watching her work, in this new age of tele-mediation was worth more to me than the awesome settlement she negotiated. Everyone in her office, her staff, was there for me every step of the way. Yes, the resolution matters, and Kim gets the resolutions, and then some. She gets closure for families. Talk to her. You'll see what I mean.....
