The firm did a great job helping me to resolve a traffic violation. The staff was kind and patient with me and dealt with all of my anxieties over the situation. Extremely rude staff, whoever answered the phone she was breathing heavy short answering me and wouldnt allow me to even speak. Very unprofessional dont waste your money here.

1mph above the mandatory court appearance limit of 29mph on the Interstate. As I live overseas I had to hire a lawyer or pay for flight/hotel to appear myself, or be subject to arrest if visiting the state again with no appearance. Citation cost was as originally stipulated. Often difficult to pay online in the US with overseas cards, but worked via Curve app. There were alternatives that appeared to be 2/3 of the price. But reviews and credentials seemed better here, and the outcome was as expected. Citation could be paid online as well with a normal overseas credit card. Received verdict approx one week after the final court date. All done electronically.
