This company is the biggest scam in the Tampa Bay Area. I am still waiting for a refund on the money for a certificate that I cannot do anything with. No one calls or answers the phone

The staff is what makes you want to work with them. The location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard. It is very busy sometimes but they are still very attentive to each person. They are very knowledgeable and will always give you information, that benefits the client. As well as try their hardest to always guide you in the right direction.

The worst customer service I have experience in home buying. I tried to explain my situation over the phone with the customer service representative and she kept cutting me off and would not listen to me. Then I got many emails from Philip telling me how I was wrong and this final email. I am still wondering what was so astounding about the email I sent. Most companies want suggestions on how to be better. I suppose that is not the case here. BEWARE!

Lethargic customer service. I've never experience such ghetto,unorganized customer service. This company is a poor representation of what my tax dollars pay for. I have been cussed out and hung up on multiple times. Because I passed the classes too fast. I asked them to reset but they said they can't. I told the lady I read fast. She told me to read slower.
