        I spent $400 pressure washing my roof and screens last October to satisfy the ridiculous people at the HOA that love to send me an assanine letter every year ( including mildew on my mailbox one year). The roof is fine. What is it these people want??? Meanwhile my neighbor's wood fence is literally falling down but nothing has been done about that in 6 years. Try to focus on the big picture. We are not living in a palace. A speck of mildew is not a reason to post another letter to us.
