Waterstone at Carrollwood Apartments

We are very pleased with Waterstone Apartments staff. Junie especially went above and beyond to help us. Our place here is clean and the inside/outside is well maintained. We also enjoy all the amenities that come with our apartment. We are very satisfied and couldnt have chosen better !!!

Yuni is wonderful! She actually cares, is professional and gets things done. It's rare to have people like that at an apartment management. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I moved here back in September 2022, it has been a good experience so far, peaceful and clean environment (sadly some residents that don't clean after their dogs BUT that's on them not on the property), great location and the best at all is the communication with the office staff. Mrs Yuni is the best! she has been so friendly to us and Always willing to come with a solution for all starting from the lease process. The maintenance team is super friendly too and quick to respond. We love the events they do for the residents!!!!

I am so happy new management it's in, they are so respectful, informative, helpful so different from the girls that left.... this complex it's very, secure, nice an quite... you got all the major store within 1 mile radius...

I have lived here since may. Never any issues paying my rent. Never been late once. I called Gabriella at the office who is the assistant manager to have a late fee waved bc I wasnt home to deposit the money as it was a holiday. We are allowed one time to have that fee waved and she said no. Now I understand its on me to have it paid on time but, they could have been more considerate. And she was rude. They try to make this place seem so amazing but in reality, there have been cops across from my unit recently a lot and they dont put that in their daily emails. Also they are charging us now $20 for a fob to use the pool and gym that was not like that when I moved in. I definitely dont recommend this place. I pay 1600 for a one bedroom thats not worth it!
