I moved here from NJ about a month ago and my entire experience has been so nice and easy. Nichole was wonderful and a great help! The community is nice, quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant. I'm so happy I moved here!

I lived here about a year and left for work a few months ago. This place is great, I had no issues. Whenever there was a problem (like a leak), my roommate was mostly the one checking with maintenance to have it resolved, which was prompt. I only remember having 2 problems like that which were fixed. Place has gym, pool, close to USF/Publix and stores, decent rent. Nice looking place, surround by woods, canal, ducks wondering around. On my lighter days, could go for a walk/bike ride, nice surrounding area. I lived in cheaper places which I could not stand before I ended up here. Staff responsive in good time whenever I had questions. When I had to move out, and had some last minute problems come up, staff was very accommodating. If I did not have to move, I would definitely stay here longer. If my work takes me back to Tampa, I will check here first. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Tampa, especially if they want to be close but not too close to USF. I would only say that I was on the 2nd floor of a 3 story unit, and sometimes I could hear the people above me moving around, kids screaming, but it didn't bother me too much. Wasn't too loud/disruptive, I can sleep through anything, and wear headphones alot, but it something to keep in mind. Compared to other places I lived in, wasn't a big deal to me.
