Very interested in renting however no return calls, never answers, I have sent emails.. request through apartment sites nothing. Definitely a warning to stay away.

I moved into this apartment excited expecting to have peace of mind, but it was more of a headache than anything. I had to break my lease to purchase a home and as anyone would expect there are consequences. I anticipated the penalty of breaking my lease and paid all my dues, but I was billed a second security deposit following my last months bill. I asked the leasing agent about the fees prior to being billed, expecting an answer, but instead received multiple responses of I will let you know without any information. When I received the bill and showed up in the office, magically there are a list of answers she comes up with to give me an excuse. I was kind and courteous though I was upset. I gave all my paperwork prior to leaving my apartment and left the place cleaner than what was left to me. To make matters worse, two months after moving out I am expecting my second deposit that was billed, yet I received another bill of cleaning fees that were not in my leasing agreement. I sent the manager an impose claim to those fees, yet never received a reply back from him. I attempted to go in person to find no one in the office at various days and hours. Maintenance guys would sometimes be outside and have to call the leasing agent to come and open the doors. If that is not enough, the leasing person stated "I don't know where the manager is. He isn't here. He rarely comes in". I don't understand how a property can be managed when no one seems to be available to manage it. I simply wanted my security deposit that was billed a second time by mistake and all could have been resolved if someone was available. All I am getting, however, is a bunch of excuses or no shows.
