I previously reached out multiple times regarding servicing my air conditioning. I have yet to hear a response. I have also had it inspected from another company and was advised the amourflex insulation was not completed. This should have been done when the unit was installed. Again, I have tried numerous times to reach someone and was told that I'd receive a call back. I was also told the information online was corrected and in fact, nothing was ever changed. A complaint was filed with BBB and never addressed. Please let me know if I can count on this to be fixed or should I take legal action.

My dad who has a warranty service called his warranty provider who in return sent out a tech from this company. The tech called and said he will be at the home within the hour at which time I went to the property to meet him. My fathers home had no A/C and it was 97 degrees in the home so I sat in my car to wait for the tech. The tech didn't show up for over 3 hours at which time the tech was rude and when I said something about him being late he told me that "I can wait longer if I want because he wasn't going to put up with it" The tech then proceeded to be confrontational and kept being a jerk at which time I told him to leave the property. He then called my dad back and stated he wasn't going to do the work. I agreed to let him back on the property to get it done at and he said that the job wasn't covered by the warranty and the work would be $495. He contacted my dad and they reluctantly paid the fee to get the work done. Well 3 weeks later they will not return his call, they cashed the check and the work still hasn't been done. I would not recommend this company at all and we are pursuing legal actions to get the money refunded as they took advantage of the elderly because he wasn't here for the summer.

Great experience with Comfort Tech. Have had them come out a couple times to service our HVAC unit under a home warranty we received with a recent home purchase. Both times we experienced excellent customer service. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and fixed each of the problems promptly. They even came out late in the night when our A\C was out and replaced the broken part right on the spot. Overall great experience, would recommend and use again.
