Air Pro's HVAC Contracting LLC

We live on the 3rd floor in a condo. June of 2020 our ac went out and we had Airpros come out and install a new unit. We bought the biggest unit and Airpros installed it. It took them over 3 days to install the unit. They had to bring in 2 different lifts to get the unit installed. Six months ago I had a alert come on and when I contacted Airpros I was told I would have to pay $400 for them to bring in a lift to check the outside unit. The contract states parts and labor. Airpros are supposed to do yearly maintenance on the unit and when I called them they told me I would have to pay for the lift before they would come out. Two other companies have no problem using ladders to reach 3rd floor units.I had them come out on 7/16 to clear out a plugged drain line. It took them 2 minutes and charged me $216. You can buy the same thing they used to clear the drain at Home Depot or Lowe’s for $25-50. On 9-9 2021 and 9-14 2021 sent emails on their website asking for routine maintenance on my unit got nothing but silence, am going to check on legal action against the company. Kody and his team were excellent to work with. I received a better system then I thought I could afford! They delivered and installed with no trouble. I would recommend AirPros to anyone looking for a new HVAC.

I had a new A/C installed in my Clearwater rental unit, that I rent on 8/24/2021. Chino was my HVAC technician. A two-man job, and the 2nd guy didn't show. Did that stop Chino...No Sir it did not! He is being the consummate professional. Stayed and got the job done! In the pouring rain. Pouring! I admire his commitment and work ethic to his craft. We were completely prepared and expecting him to have to leave. He stayed to make sure we had A/C in our unit. Being a former property manager and current real estate title processor. I will be recommending him and your company at every opportunity I can. The owners of our property asked for our feedback and we completely supporting them choosing Air Pro's HVAC Contracting, LLC as their new vendor on this property. Service: AC installation

I initially went to another company and after multiple visits with the company having to come over roughly once a month to fix their own shoddy work they decided they wanted to charge me another $1400 to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced so I sought out a second opinion. Air Pros was able to prove to me what the actual problem was and was able to fix it for half the price. The technician I worked with Justin was professional, friendly, and straightforward. He was able to provide evidence of what needed done, what was being done to fix it, and evidence that the problem had been fixed, every step of the way. When a problem that wasn't necessarily their fault happened very shortly after they quite honorably came out to repair it again at no extra charge. Coming at 6PM on a Sunday the same day the problem popped up in order to accommodate my own work schedule. AC works spectacularly now. Service: AC repair
