I've been buying various panels from Acoustimac for several years now. I started in 2017, and had my entire home covered in them (because of a concrete floor and lots of echo).
Unfortunately I moved and had to get rid of the panels - but now that I am settled into the new home, I've gone right back to buying from Acoustimac - all of their products are incredible, I'm very impressed and will continue to keep buying as I fill my new home with them.
The panels look great, very decorative and classy, all the while providing incredible acoustic performance. I love these things!

Scam on delivery. They list delivery of between 2-5 business days for standard orders. I placed a standard order. It's been 13 business days and so I contacted them. They told me to expect delivery in an ADDITIONAL 14 business days! Apparently they haven't even begun work on my order! I specifically chose them because their time of delivery was superior to a competitor. If I had used the competitor I'd have my panels. Don't fall for their lies. If they can easily lie about this, I don't trust any of their marketing baloney. Oh....if you're on their website and click on "Reviews" to read or leave a review, you can't. How convenient.
Update after getting response: On your order confirmation it said "Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days from payment to shipment". It also says "Custom and stock Printed art products may take 3-4 weeks to complete". Mine was a small order and not custom or Printed art. And, if you knew there was a problem when I ordered, why not disclose that. I called to get the status of my order 17 days after I ordered and paid, and was told that the order had not started fabrication yet and to expect my order in the next two weeks. Even with that date, delivery would exceed your custom order time frames. With the delays, did you ever inform people that the dates promised would not be met or post something on your site?? I didn't think so. So I stick by my original statement and rating..

Had an issue with an order and reached out to them to figure out how best to proceed. After sharing some photos, Eric was extremely responsive and blew me away with addressing my issue within a couple days. I wasn't expecting a fast response since I am practical and understand businesses have a lot going on each day, but they blew me away with their customer service. I've placed a couple orders with them already and plan more in the future. Thank you guys!
