They set up their accounts for retirees to make it so difficult that I’ve quit trying. Their internet site is like a minefield. I tried to enter my medication, Pantoprazole, and their site rejected it🤷‍♂️ It’s really not fair to be critical of the Tampa office, but my only way of expressing my frustration. I turned in lots of medical bills several years ago & received about $30, after that, I’ve stopped trying. You can call them & it’s the same old “runaround.” I’m 73 years old & shouldn’t be dealing with this kind of treatment. Maybe someone will care that reads this. Thank you (In fairness to the Tampa office rated them a 3, but Aon is really a ZERO)
