JN Bank Florida Representative Office

My husband and I were in Jamaica, he's a national I'm US citizen. Long story short the branch in Black River, Saint Elizabeth Parish staff was horrible towards me. However, we need a bank account for when we are there for months we can deposit money. The bank requested a virgin just about in order to open a friggen account. Now we're back in Florida, N. Lauderdale, and this bank says they're not affiliated with the JN banks in Jamaica. TF... 😠

I visited JN April of this year the saff is wonderful polite and keep you informed , but is the system , this would be my third time trying to up date my account. They say i have to make the changes in Jamaica it took me 3 hrs moving from chair to chair and in the end i had to walk out in frustration ,found out US citizens are not able to have a debit card by JN policy. Iam closing my account.

Can you guys add a valid phone number?, I need to know if I can pick up the money I sent through JN transfer there, because the JN bank systems are down in Jamaica so the money I sent can't be picked up in Jamaica so can I pick it up in your branch?
