        If you have a choice go through another waste company. They are horrible. I called to schedule a pick up and they took my information and said they would schedule it (their system was down at the time) and a week went by and still no one came by. I called again and they had no record of my call nor did they schedule my pick up. I spoke to a manager who told me that someone would call me within 48 hours to let me know if they could stop by my house. 4 days pass and still no call. Now it has been almost 3 weeks and I am STILL trying to get someone on the phone who can help me. Whoever manages this company needs to work on these issues.
