ZERO STARS. Not specific to the location, but to the company. I made my reservation over the phone with the 1800 number. I called back that night to upgrade the truck. I finally got the confirmation email 4 days later....with the wrong vehicle reserved. I called this location and they have no trucks available for 2 weeks....even though I have a reservation. Great. Took my money to Penske for the SAME RATE! Penske guarantees vehicles and has more locations with better hours. Go elsewhere. DO NOT RESERVE WITH BUDGET.

Do not book a rental with this company because they don't not deliver what they promise even after a large security deposit!

"USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK." I scheduled a truck from this unreliable company more then a month prior to needing it. I thought everything was all set to go, until 2pm the day before I was to pick up my truck they called and said they ran out of trucks???? They also tryed to keep our deposit that we paid to hold the truck. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

This company blows so much that I made a new Gmail account just so I could write a review. Company backed out on my CONFIRMED reservation last minute and simply said "sorry". Do not trust
