Late late late all the time

Route 316-driver, Diane. I'll start by saying there is one lady who answers the phone that is polite. There is another who is one of the rudest people to ever answer a telephone. Mr. Johnson, who is over this compound, is very helpful and sweet. But avoid this driver. She is rude to the children, she attempts to make her own rules. Recently, after my daughter missed her stop, she told the driver she had missed her stop and that she needed to go back. (It is protocol that the driver get them back). She looked at my daughter and RUDELY said "I'm not taking you back." My daughter immediately calls me. Now, I am on the phone. My daughter repeatedly asked her "Where are you taking me? When can my mom pick me up, and where?" She wouldn't say a word. Now she's driving around with my child, refusing to tell her anything at all. So I have my daughter put me on speaker phone and I'm asking her myself "Where are you taking my daughter? Where can I pick her up at?" She would not say a WORD. I had to literally hang up and call the compound to have them radio her and find out where she was taking my daughter. I ended up finding her at a different compound, on the bus, with the driver standing by the door, outside. I asked her to her face why she thought this was ok. She didn't say a word. Turned around and got on the bus and left. She tries to get the kids to stand by Apalachee Parkway in the dark at 6:15 in the mornings, in the cold to wait on her being late. She says things to children like "Im not your momma" Just totally untrustworthy with children.
