        My wife rented a uhaul truck and called to confirm for after hours pickup. I get there and there is no pickup sign just dropoff. Try the app, web, no luck, the truck is there but I don't have a lockbox code! Even though everything had been set up paid and confirmed... and there are lockboxes right there by the front door. Wasted 30 mins on hold with uhaul, no luck on the "24hr phone" of the business... left without the truck. Shady area and run down business to boot. Stay away ... there are better options out there! Zero stars.
