Bahn Thai Restaurant

Like a lot of restaurants, it was a little understaffed. My husband LOVED his red curry. I enjoyed the drunken noodles which I asked to be as mild as possible and i still found at the edge of spicier than i wanted.

Went for lunch at 2:30pm. We were seated right away. The server was attentive and happily answered all of our questions. We ordered the fried shrimp and mango salad, Penang curry and eggplant with basil. The food arrived within 15 minutes and it was beautifully presented and aromatic. The Penang curry had an amazing coconut broth with floral notes from the kefir lime and lots of fresh vegetables. The eggplant with basil was so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The salad was so beautiful and fresh. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. The restaurant was clean but nothing fancy. It has a diner look and the outside looks like a Waffle House but the food makes up for that 100 times over. Vegetarian options: All dishes have the option of tofu, fried of steamed, for your protein.
