Chili's Grill & Bar

I typically dont write reviews, never mind good ones, but one of this locations servers really made my familys dining experience the best Ive ever received from there. Jake really knows how to take care of his guests. His charisma and attention to detail during our visit was wonderful. I definitely recommend him as a server!! If you ever get the courage to step foot into this chilis that is.

The hostess was very nice, but the chef or manager said that they could not seat 10 people. They would have to seat 5, have those 5 get their food to the table before they would seat the second set of 5.

I wouldn't even put one star , The service is horrible the restaurant had maybe 4 other customers ,I ordered chips and salsa which took 20 minutes to get and they were completely stale . Asked for fresh chips took another 5 minutes , Arrived at 3 pm ordered the lunch special wings with fries ..Now it's 4 o'clock and I have yet to be served or even checked on to refill my drink ..I walked out .Literally the employees were just sitting in the back hanging out ..Not one employee on the floor at all . I had this issue here a long time ago ,though I would try again and I regret wasting my time .. especially because now I haven't even eaten !!

Arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was closed with no explanation, although there were workers inside. Never coming back.
