C J Malphurs Septic Tank Services

25 year old drain field finally failed. Had CJ Malphurs install a new one. This one failed in 9 years. I take care of my system. Pump outs at least every 5 years. Very carefull about what i put in the system. Should have used a filter in the tank but couldnt because they installed the outlet T under the concrete top instead of near the lid access. Outlet pipes actually were back flowing. Dug up all the pipe to get the proper slope but , even with the help of a liscened plumber, could not get the pipes to slope enough to get the proper drainage. Plumber said the initial installation was incorrect. Pointed out several mistakes. Pipes are clear but drain field is shot. Very disappointed. Getting estimates now for a new drain field. Tried calling Malphurs but got a voicemail and a full mailbox so i could not leave a message. Service: Septic system installation

This company sent a very incompetent employee. They could not have pumped out the tank. It was completely full and overflowing in 6 to 7 weeks. There was no evidence of the ground being disturbed at the tank location. The owner of Malphurs said the septic tank lid was damaged but pictures show a undamaged tank lid and a full tank. Do not trust this company
