He was half price of the other estimates I got and as my roof was leaking, he gave me advice so I could keep it from happening again. He was on time and very professional. I was very pleased with his work and weve had several storms since he did the repair work and no leaks! Definitely recommend him!!

BQR did a jam up job on my home. As soon as I called, they were out that same day to give me an estimate on a new roof. The crew worked hard and were very professional. My entire roof and separate garage were completely done in 1 1/2 days. The clean up was flawless, the crew did an Immaculate job picking up all the nails and debris. Not to mention, they cleared out my gutters and cleaned up all the leaves on the ground. I highly Recommend BQR if you want a job well done! Services: Roof installation, Attic venting

I received multiple quotes over about 1 month. I was ready to book with another company but they abruptly stopped communicating with me. I went to the next company and they said they would send an updated estimate but didnt send it for days. They also would not be able to get to our small job for 6-8 weeks. While waiting for the updated estimate I reached out to BQR for a quote. They came the same day and sent the estimate that evening. Their quote was less than the others we had received. Their quote explained everything that was included and prices for any repairs that may need to be done. We were scheduled, Thursday, the following week but got rained out. He was able to reschedule us for Tuesday. The crew arrived on time, 7:30am, and were finished by 2pm (it was a 1 bed 1 bath townhome). He sent me photos to let us know the roof had been completed. I was very concerned about the cost of repairs but luckily they were only an extra $100. Shaun was very responsive and communicated with me from start to finish. I am so glad the other 2 choices didnt work out. I am so happy with how our roof turned out and the professionalism from Shaun and his crew. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
